Diane Jakubowski is a co-founder of CPIC and has been its President and a Director since 1984.  Ms. Jakubowski’s background includes expertise in investment banking, portfolio management, personal financial planning, and fundamental and quantitative investment analysis.  She has advised individuals, trusts, and corporations on their investment portfolios since 1980.  Ms. Jakubowski earned an M.B.A. at the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.A., Psychology, magna cum laude, at the University of Michigan.

Ms. Jakubowski worked for E.F. Hutton & Co.'s investment banking group, and in San Francisco and Denver as an investment manager.  She co-founded Fintec, a firm that designed software for financial and tax analysis.  Ms. Jakubowski has taught financial management at Golden Gate University, and lived and worked in the Middle East and Asia.  She has been a trustee of the World Affairs Council of Northern California, a member of the board of the U.C. Berkeley Business Alumni Association, and a speaker at the Investment Management Institute's conferences on global investing.

Thomas Bonomo is a co-founder of CPIC and has been its Chairman and CEO since 1984.  Mr. Bonomo’s background includes expertise in analyzing investments, investment banking transactions, venture capital, and portfolio management.  Mr. Bonomo has been advising individuals, corporations, and partnerships on their investment portfolios since 1985.  Mr. Bonomo earned an M.B.A. at the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S.E.E. at the University of Colorado, Boulder.

From 1987 until 1994, Mr. Bonomo also served as General Partner of Marathon Venture Partners, where he analyzed, recommended, and managed venture capital investments on behalf of the partnership.  Mr. Bonomo was formerly the Chairman and CEO of PEER Networks, the President of Orion Broadcast Group, Inc. (a publicly-held company), President of Orion Cable Systems, and a Director of Orion Financial, Inc., Crosspoint Systems, and Instor.  Mr. Bonomo has served on the investment committees of HMS Capital Partners and Quest Ventures.

Genie Lorenz is the administrative portfolio manager with expertise in office management, information technology and systems operations and applications.  She brings over 25 years of business experience in the areas of private investment firms, hedge firms, publicly traded corporations and pre-IPO technology companies.

Ms. Lorenz studied abroad at St. Paul’s College in the Philippines with course-work in accounting, psychology, philosophy and advanced work at College of the Desert, Palm Desert, California.  Her humanitarian efforts are geared toward local and global community outreach programs.

Yanina Ivanov is in charge of CPIC’s accounting and financial statements, a position she fulfills as a principal of A+I Accounting.  At A+I she has had extensive experience in accounting and tax preparation with diverse clientele including investment and other professional firms.  Ms. Ivanov earned an AA degree in accounting at Heald Business College, and the Ukrainian equivalent of an M.B.A. at Odessa Merchant Marine University.
